I've run the tests on MacOS X using CW8.3 (haven't got CW9) and GCC 3.3. I had to make minor changes for both compilers to build the test. I applied Vladimir's changes for GCC, and had to modify the is_const construct to use Metrowerks::is_const for CodeWarrior.
