Before you get too involved in BoostBook, you may want to take a look at quickboost - trust me it's a lot quicker and easier!
Thanks! In fact, I'm already at it ;-). Btw: I had to comment the line about runtime linkage in /tools/Jamfile.v2 for things to build. Regards, Tobias
