/Za has been broken and useless for as long as I can remember, and Microsoft doesn't seem interested in either fixing or deprecating it. (See, for example, https://connect.microsoft.com/VisualStudio/feedback/details/486253/name-look..., not to mention the fact that Microsoft's own system headers won't compile with /Za.)
