[boost] [build] bootstrap.sh is still broken

Hi, For months, I've been pinging the boost-build list about bootstrap.sh being completely broken for MinGW, with no response. As the 1.55.0 branch is closing in just a week, it would be wonderful if somebody could look at and apply my two patches that are ready to go: http://lists.boost.org/boost-build/2013/10/27025.php Note that they will fix this: https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/8762 Thanks, STL
