My copy of boost-root/more/background.html, version 1.3 according to cvs, has this starting at line 44:
Rene, I'm so sorry, I was looking at the wrong file! Fixed now to point to the local version (which then goes on to redirect to the right place if you're using it straight from cvs). John.
