hm ... having a brief look at his review, i suppose, he reviewed the version of boost.lockfree before it was ported to boost.atomic.
some of his points (especially the use of aba prevention tags) are quite interesting, but some do not apply to the current implementation any more ...
He reviewed the version which is linked off the review queue. Is it not up to date?
