Ok, answering myself: I found the missing "boost/bimap.hpp" in the boost svn. Adding that file to the vault bimap zip contents it seems to work so far. Sorry for the noise (if this is the way to go).
I recommend you to use the svn version, I have committed some changes that are not included in that zip. Thanks for using Boost.Bimap, please came back with comments about your experience. Best Regards Matias
