[boost] Is there any compile time/static rational numbers library in BOOST ?

Hi, Is there any compile time/static rational numbers library in BOOST ? I can see that static GCD/LCM libraries are there, but could not find it for static rationals. Another question, is there any compile time library which calculates ceil value of division of one integer by another one ? With Regards, Reetesh Mukul
