These tests aren't failing on trunk, yet it doesn't look like there are any unmerged changes pending. Presumably that means some dependency has unmerged changes.

We need to clear these failures ASAP.

Ignore this; Thorsten has already identified the problem as an unmerged change in circular_buffer. --Beman
