Could someone explain what the intent of this change is: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/boost/boost/libs/range/test/string.cpp?r1=1.16&r2=1.17 http://tinyurl.com/8efhq Specifically the "#define _MSL_USING_NAMESPACE 1"?
