[boost] Utility/swap test error: LNK1561: entry point must be defined

Hi there, I got linking failures (fatal error LNK1561: entry point must be defined) with some of the Utility/swap tests. There is a test_main function in the source file, and the test application statically links to the Boost library. It seems that the Utility/swap tests try to link to boost_test_exec_monitor library. I have the library "libboost_test_exec_monitor-vc90-mt-1_41.lib" ready. I have no idea why the linking does not work. Is the problem with this library? I would appreciate any helps with this.
