[boost] Missing archives? Early releases.

Looking at <http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/>, some of the early months are missing: March 2000, February 2000, March 1999, January 1999, and anything on or before October 1998 (if any). I was looking for information on early releases. I saw an article from Beman on 1999-12-30 about v1.10.3, claiming that it was the first numbered release. And that he keeps backups of the old site.
