[boost] Boost HEAD: does not compile with Borland C++ 5.6.5 (patch included)

Hello, there is a version check in boost/config/compilers/borland.hpp for the misfeature BOOST_NO_SFINAE, Borland C++ 5.6.5 still lacks proper support for this, the patch appended speaks for itself.
