[boost] [1.36.0, date_time] boost/date_time/compiler_config.hpp not copied by install?

Hi all, when building boost 1.36.0 on Windows using VS2008 SP1 I found that the file boost/date_time/compiler_config.hpp was not copied to the install target directory tree.
