If there's any interest, I've implemented these two distributions (attached). They have only been lightly tested at this point, but might be of interest to some users of Boost.Random.
There's obviously not any wild excitement about these two distributions ;-) But I'm sure someone will want them sometime. It might be nice to have some examples/tests of use? If you are happy after using them, IMO it would be in order to add them to the collection in Boost.Random - unless anyone has any strong objections.
