I think Antony meant fork apolukhin/boost.dll into boostorg/dll

Similar to how the following repositories forked into Boostorg: 1. apolukhin/type_index = boostorg/type_index 2. glenfe/align = boostorg/align

Both ways (transfering ownership and forking) are OK for me. No big difference :)

Forking is surely easier; there is now:

https://github.com/boostorg/dll

and you have access. It's now listed as forked from apolukhin/Boost.DLL, if that's a problem it can be unlinked.
