Hi,
Lastly I've been working on 3 Boost libraries proposals.
* Boost.Conversion ([1]https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/conversion/libs/ conversion_ext/doc/html/index.html), * Boost.Enums ([2]https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/enums/libs/enums/doc/ html/index.html) * Boost.Opaque ([3]https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/opaque/libs/opaque/d oc/html/index.html)
Vicente, I reviewed the Boost.Enums documentation and I am very interested in this library. I could use this library right now exactly as it is described in the documentation. I'm sure once I started using it I will be able to comment more intelligently on changes/improvements.
Hi, please, could you let me know which part you will need for your first usage? Which features have you find interesting?
Due to client constraints, I must do most of my development on older gcc versions (3.4.6 and 4.1.1) and I would be willing to help you test this library on those compilers if you wish to support them.
I used to have a labtop with cygwin installed and gcc3.4.6. Unfortunately the labtop is dead and I have no installed yet all the stuff. So yes, if you can report any issues you could find with these compilers I will try to solve them.
I haven't looked at the other two libraries yet to see if they meet any of my needs but I will do so soon. Thanks for your efforts,
You are welcome, Vicente
