I've already been looking at it for a few hours, while I waited for the dyn_bitset tests to run. It's easy enough to fix, as long as you are willing to *not* use BOOST_PP ;-) The problem is the crappy preprocessor in CW8. Not sure if I'll figure out a workaround for this one.
