[boost] [1.33] weak_ptr_timing_test.cpp, OK to commit?

I've created a new timing test, libs/smart_ptr/test/weak_ptr_timing_test.cpp. It tests the performance of weak_ptr in a single-threaded scenario. This test is not referenced by a Jamfile and is not intended to be run by default. OK to commit? -- Peter Dimov http://www.pdimov.com
