[boost] Fop mirror error in setup_boostbook.sh

      I think that FOP mirror used in
'setup_boostbook.sh<http://www.boost.org/tools/boostbook/setup_boostbook.sh>'
is no longer valid.

PS:
I am interested in using boostbook and quickbook, but I am not able to
install them. Is there anywhere a simple doc which explains how to do it?
