[boost] iostreams feature request - tar support

Would it be possible to add support for the tar file format so that we can read .tgz files or create them without having to write a libtar wrapper. The format for tar (or ustar) seems quite simple: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tar_%28file_format%29 Thanks jose
