The files are empty there.
There in the "langbinding" branch. If you get it from a cvs client you can specify the branch. For viewcvs you can see the files if you go into the "Attic" directory, select the "langbinding" as they get added as deleted files for branches, the go back to the parent. Which gives you this URI: http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/boost/boost/boost/langbinding/?only_wi...
