[boost] boost::bind and boost::lambda::bind

Got tripped up again today by boost::thread's boost::function constructor not working with boost::lambda::bind but working fine with boost::bind. Silly me. Been down that track before many moons ago... It is still a tad confusing, a unification would be nice sometime, but perhaps a note in the thread and/or function documentation in the meanwhile.
