[boost] [expected failure markup] Trunk/Release branches out of step?

The expected failures markup on the Release branch was changed a while ago to mark the lexical_cast_loopback_test and csr_graph_test tests as expected failures on VC9, but the change doesn't seem to be present in Trunk. Does the change need merging across? Thanks, Richard Webb
