Why does this post belong on the Boost mailing list as opposed to,
say, the committee reflector or comp.std.c++?
I'm sure Oleg can speak for himself, but my guess is 1) he's not a member of the committee reflector, 2) He's working on this project as a proposal for SOC as a Boost library. But it probably ought to go to comp.std.c++ and Pete Becker as well... Jeff
