It's not part of the release package. You can change it "directly" in the web site by editing the libraries DB file <http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/browser/website/public_html/beta/doc/libraries.xml>. Then after testing the change in the beta site <http://beta.boost.org> you can merge it to the live site.
