[boost] [bimap] missing test file breaks regression runs

My latest regressions are refusing to run as the file test_bimap_info.cpp is missing from boost/libs/bimap/test. In order to run locally I have manually commented this file out the of jam file, and suggest other testers do the same until Matias has a chance to upload it. -- AlisdairM
