My guess is that the respective library authors are either stuck (no access to the compiler concerned: please speak up if so), or else too busy or just not paying attention right now :-(
Speaking up: there are two failures of program_options on borland, and I have no idea what's borland that is, how to get it, and what the failure is about. Unfortunately, I've learned to ignore email reminders about regressions -- they failures tended to appear and disappear in past without me doing anything, so I just gave up ;-) - Volodya
