From: tuku I know it is not included in boost yet but keeping change log could be useful for people that do not follow this mailing list or unable to check his/her mails everytime ( especially people like me =)
I was planning to start the change log when the library is officially released with Boost. I didn't think it would be useful to someone before that, but I see I was wrong... ;-)
