The root of svn tree has file called README.txt that say something about features in 1.34 release. It does not give very good impression -- can this file be either removed or updated?
The release scripts automatically add the final README.txt based on the website's release notes, so it doesn't really matter what it says in subversion and it should be fine to change it to make clear that it's just a placeholder.
Why can't this file be removed in SVN, then?
It's used for cmake. I don't know if it's still required. But it's nice to have a placeholder in case anyone links to it. Daniel
