[boost] sandbox move library

Would it be possible to move the current sandbox move library into its own folder and separate its tests from the older move implementation. I'm having a problem with the library on cw 9.4 and it is a pain to get just the move library out of svn to run the tests at the moment. Thanks, Michael Marcin
