Here's two other ideas (that I *think* are implementable):
DECLARE_INTERFACE(Interface,
       2(int, print, (ostream&, int))
     );
DECLARE_INTERFACE(Interface,
       (int, print, 2(ostream&, int))
     );
This is a bit like Rene's, with 'ARGn' replaced by plain 'n'.

If I could just get rid of that damned arity everything would be great!
