[boost] [serialization] use with facets for non-finite numbers

Robert, I have uploaded a new version of the facets for nonfinite numbers. I have rewritten the part of the documentation that explains how to use the facets with the serialization library. Could you take a look at it, and see if it looks ok. Thank you, Johan Råde
