What would the simplest steps be to provide something similar using Boost.Test? Perhaps some section in the docs for xUnit users - nailing down how to get the same output / summary using Boost.Test.
Most of the output is configurable by submitting custom report/log formatters.
I realize that, I was just looking for more of a "cookbook" example ... "Introducing Boost.Test for CppUnit users" perhaps.
Yes! that is exactly what I'd be after too.
It would be difficult for me personally to create such a page since I never used CppUnit extensively. I do agree it could be mighty useful. Feel free to submit one.
I can help with the CppUnit side of things, would love to use Boost.Test, but unless there is a cookbook of some kind, a unit test framework is only just that - (you know one, an run with that). I've just taken up a new role, and have the scope to push different technologies, so this discussion is rather pertinent - not only for me, but for potential users here at work. What can I do to help?
