If there's any interest, I've implemented these two distributions (attached). They have only been lightly tested at this point, but might be of interest to some users of Boost.Random.
There's obviously not any wild excitement about these two distributions ;-)
I'm sure some poor radar engineer somewhere will be very grateful to have the clutter. [ A gag that'll have the radar crowd rolling in the aisles.]
