[boost] [proto] call for help with msvc-7.1

A recent check-in of mine (https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/60706) broke proto on msvc-7.1. For instance, see <http://tinyurl.com/yg5wgw5>. I don't have access to this toolset anymore.
