I believe that this new version has addressed all feedback that I have received so far.
This is a friendly two-week reminder. If there is no additional feedback for improving my implementation, then I am formally requesting that version 0.5.5 be merged into trunk. The patches that were attached to http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2010/07/168703.php will also need to be applied.
I know I've been bad about adding your code. I have merged it in now; please look and see if r65590 is what you want. -- Jeremiah Willcock
