[boost] [1.46.0][Date_Time] Could someone please commit some of the simple uncontroversial patches?

Hi, Release time code freeze is coming again, please could anyone have a quick glance at <https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/query?status=assigned&status=new&status=reopened&type=Patches&component=date_time> and commit some of the simple uncontroversial patches? Some of them have been around for quite a while..... Pretty please? :) KTC
