You seem to be trying to compile Boost.Log v1 against Boost.Filesystem v3. This won't work. Please use Boost.Log v2 (from SVN trunk).

Is the msvc-10.0 compiler supported?

MSVC 10 should be fine, the problem is not with the compiler.
