[boost] VS2012 and bootstrap

Hi I'm trying to compile boost with VS2012 in the exact same way that it succeeds with VS2010. And get an error w32_getreg.c: fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'windows.h' Anyone knows how to solve this? Thanks. Pedro.
