[boost] [boostbook] setup_boostbook.py ending instructions

At the end of setup_boostbook.py it says: "WARNING FOR WIN32: please obtain a patched version of xsltproc from http://engineering.meta-comm.com/xsltproc-win32.zip if you are running BoostBook build on Win32 system (this patched version solves the long-standing xsltproc problem with creating directories for output files)." The file does not exist at the URL mentioned.
