Trac is global, so you can't stop people from opening tickets there for just some libraries.
(Another benefit of using Github (which some will perceive as a drawback) is that you can't open an issue in Github without specifying the library, as you can in Trac.)
And the corresponding disadvantage is that if someone opens a ticket against the wrong component, it can't just be reassigned (I've seen this quite often in trac although it's partly the fault of vaguely defined components like Building Boost and Documentation). In Christ, Steven Watanabe
