Sorry, the library is not hosted anywhere. I wonder if libraries in the Boost sandbox have some hosting for docs?
I don't know if it's a recommended practice for the sandbox, but if you commit your html to the sandbox, it's available to any web browser by pointing it directly at the svn URL.
