[boost] Lambda and VC71 ICE

With the current CVS I'm getting an ICE with VC71. Console project, single .cpp file containing the single line: #include <boost/lambda/bind.hpp> Compiling... lambda_fail.cpp C:\boost\boost\lambda\detail\lambda_functors.hpp(172) : fatal error C1001: INTERNAL COMPILER ERROR (compiler file 'msc1.cpp', line 2701) Tried various permutations of complier options but the ICE is consistent.
