[boost] <boost/numeric/ublas/matrix.hpp> includes <iostream>. Is it better not to do so?

Hi, It seems that <boost/numeric/ublas/matrix.hpp> includes <iostream>. I remember that it is better not to include <iostream> but something like <ostream> and <istream>, or even simply <iosfwd>.
