There was a detailed report (<c3sbiq$2e7$1@sea.gmane.org>) in march of a failure on Linux/Alpha platform, and thanks to the reporter I applied the fix to CVS (some forgottem member variable was left with type int whereas everything else was made as if it were std::streamsize..) so you can try overwriting the boost/format/ directory with a fresh copy from CVS and see if the problem goes away (it should). regards, -- Samuel
