It more that the discoverability of the new features isn't that great. What we figured out about the test framework mainly came from experimentation and ample use of Google. I should probably have a look at the docs in trunk, it sounds like they are better and it sounds like there are more features that might come in handy in the future. Don't get me wrong, I like Boost.Test and it works well for us, but I don't think it's that easy to use its full power unless you happen to work with someone who knows the framework really well.
