[boost] Unable to use XPRESSIVE's proto_fwd.hpp file

      Hi,

I am unable to compile XPRESSIVE's proto_fwd.hpp as it contains

#include <boost/spirit/fusion/sequence/tuple_forward.hpp>. The fusion
library is now directly under boost/ and it has tuple_fwd.hpp inside
boost/fusion/tuple.

I have taken BOOST from its main cvs.
