[boost] svn write access

I was trying to commit a small bugfix in the boost/graph trunk this morning and got a 403 forbidden error (despite having an https checkout. Do I need to request write permission for the trunk? I can write changes to the sandbox. Thanks, Andrew Sutton asutton@cs.kent.edu
