[boost] Boost.uBLAS for GSoC 2013

Hello. I'm Sathyam Vellal, a 3rd year undergraduate student pursuing Computer Science. I'm interested in contributing to Boost.uBLAS in unifying the vector and matrix representations. I've looked at the docs ( http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_53_0/libs/numeric/ublas/doc/index.htm) to get an idea of the library.
